Dinners for two isn’t always easy, so I’ve rounded up over 25 posts from blogs all over the web with dinners made with two servings.
Cooking for a family has it’s challenges when no one can agree on what they want. But cooking for two has it’s own set of challenges, and many recipes aren’t written for only two servings.
Right now, I cook a lot of meals at only half of the recommended amount. It’s usually only Justin and me eating a lot of meals. And even if the boys decide they want to eat what I make for dinner, they don’t eat a lot yet so it’s still like cooking for two. I have a couple of picky eaters in this house.
For this reason, I decided to collaborate with other bloggers to put together a list of recipes that are perfect meals to cook for two. Hopefully, this can give you some ideas or inspiration for either a mommy and daddy date night at home or meals for those who are cooking for themselves.
