Ingredients
Salad
Romaine lettuce or romaine hearts
chopped
Parmesan cheese
shredded or shaved
Homemade croutons
made from toasted bread cubes or garlic bread croutons
Dressing

anchovy fillets
packed in oil

minced garlic

Instructions
Blend the anchovy fillets, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small blender.
Add the olive oil then blend again until combined.
Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, and vegetable oil and blend until creamy.
In a large bowl, toss the lettuce with the Parmesan cheese and croutons.
Add the blended dressing, and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
