– 1/8 tsp salt – 8 oz lasagna noodles (uncooked) – 2 tbsp olive oil – 1 lb ground beef – 1/4 tsp pepper – 1 tsp oregano – 1 onion (chopped) – 2 tsp garlic (minced) – 4 cups chicken broth – 28 oz petite diced tomatoes – 29 oz tomato puree – 1 tbsp basil – 3/4 cup ricotta cheese – 1 cup parmesan cheese (grated) – 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream – 1 tbsp parsley

Ingredients

1. Brown ground beef

2. Add onion and seasonings

3. Pour in chicken broth and tomatoes

4. Add lasagna noodles

5. Stir ricotta, parmesan, and heavy cream

5. Serve soup topped with ricotta cheese
