Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450F
Wash the potatoes and cut into bite-sized chunks
Lay the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet

Mix up the potatoes to coat evenly
Bake for about 20 minutes, until the potatoes are golden brown and give easily to a fork
