BBQ Pork Potatoes in the Slow Cooker
Cook everything, including the baked potatoes, in the slow cooker for a delicious bbq dinner with lots of flavor and little effort.

Ingredients
Potatoes

BBQ Sauce

brown sugar

tomato paste

Worcestershire sauce

Pork
1 1/2
lb
pork roast
1
red onion
sliced
Toppings
1
cup
cheddar cheese
shredded

sour cream
green onions
sliced, for garnish
Instructions
Rub each potato with olive oil then sprinkle with salt and pepper
Wrap potatoes in parchment paper and set aside
In a small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients
Place the sliced onion in the slow cooker and top with the pork roast
Cover the roast with the bbq sauce on both sides
Set the potatoes on top of the roast, making sure the lid will close
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours
Carefully remove the potatoes and split them lengthwise most of the way through
Top each potato with pork and other desired toppings
