Instructions
In a wide, shallow bowl combine eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla
Dip each slice of bread in egg mixture, making sure to coat both sides
Lay bread out on a foil-lined baking sheet to stage for cooking
Heat waffle iron
Put one piece of bread on waffle iron and close, cooking to the desired doneness
Repeat with each piece of bread
Serve warm with maple syrup and any other desired toppings
