Instructions
In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter
Add the minced garlic and saute for 3-4 minutes, until fragrant
Add the water, lemon juice, and remaining seasonings
Simmer on low heat, stirring often, for 15 minutes
Serve with cooked seafood
