Ingredients

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ginger, lime juice, cumin, and salt
Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat the shrimp
If you have time, allow the shrimp to marinate in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours
When you are ready to cook the shrimp, heat a skillet over medium
Pour in the oil to heat
Add the shrimp to the warm oil and cook the shrimp for about 3-5 minutes on each side
Serve warm with lime wedges on the side
