Super Easy Marinated Baked Pork

Pork can be a versatile meat that can be cooked many different ways. Make this marinade with common ingredients for a delicious marinated pork dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp dijon honey mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 lb pork tenderloin

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, dijon mustard, salt and pepper
  • Add the pork and marinade for at least one hour
  • When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350F
  • Put the pork in a glass baking dish and pour remaining marinade over the top
  • Bake for about 45-60 minutes or until the pork is cooked through
