  • 4 apples
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream


  • Peel and slice the apples
  • Preheat a medium skillet over medium to medium-high heat
  • Add butter to the skillet, then apples, and saute 7-8 minutes
  • Add brown sugar and cinnamon and cook for 2 more minutes
  • Spoon the sauteed apples into bowls and top with ice cream
