Cinnamon Rolls

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 tsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Icing

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp french vanilla coffee creamer or milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375F
  • Separate the dough into 4 rectangles and firmly press the perforations to seal
  • Spread 1 tbsp of butter evenly over each rectangle
  • In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon and mix well
  • Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar evenly over the buttered rectangles
  • Starting with the short side of each rectangle, roll them up and pinch the edges to seal
  • Cut each roll into 5 slices
  • Place the slices, cut side down, on an ungreased baking stone or baking sheet
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
  • Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar, creamer/milk, and vanilla extract until smooth
  • Drizzle the icing over warm rolls and serve immediately
