Easy Apple Pie

Apple pie is my favorite kind of pie. And this recipe makes it so easy to have any time we want. It doesn't take much and it's delicious!

Ingredients

  • 5 apples peeled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 tbsp french vanilla coffee creamer
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Place apples in pie pan and cover with cinnamon
  • In large bowl, combine all other ingredients
  • Pour over apples (doesn't have to completely cover)
  • Bake for 45-60 minutes or until crust is golden brown
