Roasted Asparagus

I hate coming up with sides for meals. But this roasted asparagus is so quick and easy that it has become my go-to side for many meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 bundle asparagus
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • seasonings

Instructions

  • Snap the ends of the asparagus to know where to cut the base off and trim all of the asparagus
  • In a medium skillet, warm the butter and asparagus over medium heat and top with desired seasonings
  • Stir frequently and cook until asparagus is tender and starts to brown, about 10 minutes
