Herbed Tortellini (or Ravioli)

An easy, quick dinner for those crazy weeknights that you need dinner in a hurry. Frozen tortellini is topped with a tangy ranch-marinara sauce.

  • 19 oz frozen tortellini
  • 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp celery flakes
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese for garnish


  • Cook the tortellini according to the package
  • Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, combine the marinara sauce, ranch dressing, and seasonings
  • Cook over medium-low heat, stirring until mixed and warmed through
  • Serve the sauce over the cooked tortellini
  • Top with fresh parmesan cheese
