Ingredients

  • 1 can pizza dough refrigerated
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 pkg ranch dressing powder
  • 1/2 cup carrots chopped or shredded
  • 1/2 cup broccoli chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomato chopped
  • any other desired vegetables

Instructions

  • Spread the pizza crust out on a baking sheet and cook as directed, until golden brown
  • Meanwhile, in a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and ranch powder until smooth and creamy
  • Once the crust has cooled slightly, spread the cream cheese mixture onto the dough all the way to the edges
  • Sprinkle the chopped vegetables on top
  • Serve warm or refrigerate to serve cold
