  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 4 cups water


  • Slice the cucumber into pieces
  • Muddle the mint leaves to release the oils from the herbs
  • Place the cucumber and mint in a pitcher
  • Pour the water over top and chill in the refrigerator
  • Make sure to give it a stir before serving
