Banana Cake with Vanilla Glaze

Use leftover bananas that have started to turn to make a delicious cake with a vanilla glaze on top for a perfect dessert (or breakfast)!

  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 bananas mashed
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  • Preheat the oven to 375F
  • Spray a round cake pan with non-stick spray
  • In a medium bowl combine all of the cake ingredients until thoroughly mixed
  • Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan
  • Bake 20-25 minutes or until cake is cooked through and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
  • Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk the glaze ingredients together
  • Once the cake has cooled, remove it from the cake pan
  • Drizzle the glaze over the cake and serve
