  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp maple syrup

Instructions

  • Freeze the banana for 1-2 hours
  • Place all ingredients in the blender
  • Blend for about 2 minutes, until smooth
  • Serve immediately and garnish with a pinch of pumpkin pie spice
