White Chocolate Strawberry Dessert Bars

Strawberry season just got sweeter with these white chocolate strawberry dessert bars. A perfect light and fluffy dessert for your sweetie.

In the spring, light and fresh desserts are perfect. Many are cheesecake based, but that doesn’t work for those who don’t care for cream cheese. White chocolate strawberry bars remind me of the texture of cheesecake, but not the same taste.

These end up being very fluffy when you are done. And using both dried and fresh strawberries lets you add strawberry flavors to the crust and top it with fresh strawberries. My boys don’t care for cooked strawberries, so this was a great way to please everyone in the family.

Saltine crackers are often used as the base of dessert bars. They work well because they don’t have a lot of flavor, so they let the dessert really shine. Saltines also add just a bit of salty taste to a dessert to give it that sweet and salty combination.
