– 1 tbsp olive oil – 1 tbsp brown rice flour – 1 tsp chili powder – 1 tsp garlic powder – 1 tsp onion powder – 1/2 tsp paprika – 1/2 tsp pepper – 1 lb pork chops (thin cut) – 1 cup chicken broth – 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar – 2 tsp honey – 1 tbsp butter (vegan)
Combine the brown rice flour and seasonings
Coat pork and place in the pan
Cook pork until fully cooked through
Add the chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, and honey to the pan
Simmer for 5 minutes, remove from heat and add butter
Add pork back in to coat with gravy
