– 3 cups minute rice – 3 large eggs – 1 tbsp vegetable oil – 1/2 pound medium shrimp, peeled, deveined, and cut into pieces – 4 oz frozen mixed vegetables – 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce – 1 tsp sesame oil

Prepare the rice as directed, then scramble the eggs.
