Salmon

– 1/2 pound salmon (skin-on, cut into   4-5 portions) – 1/2 tsp salt – 2 tbsp vegetable oil – 4 green onions – 1 tbsp minced garlic – 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce – 1 tbsp soy sauce – 1 tbsp sesame seed oil – 1 tbsp sesame seeds – 1 tbsp honey – 1 tsp mirin

Chop the green onions into small pieces

Mix the sauce

Sear the salmon skin-side up until brown

Flip the fish, cover with sauce, then bake
