Cheesy  Baked Crab Casserole

Crab casserole is served at Chinese buffet restaurants, and is so easy to make at home. It's a delicious dip that makes a great appetizer.

– 8 oz imitation crab – 4 oz cream cheese (softened) – 1/4 cup sour cream – 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded) – 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded) – 1 tsp worcestershire sauce – 1/2 tsp onion powder – 1/4 tsp garlic powder – 1/4 tsp pepper – Ritz crackers


Mix up all of the ingredients except half of the cheddar cheese until they are well combined

Spread the crab mixture into a 9x13 baking dish

Spread it out

Top the crab mixture with the remaining cheese and bake until bubbly
