Making salsa at home only takes a few ingredients and two minutes. You can make it to your tastes and as chunky as you like.
Jump to RecipeRecently, my go-to snack has been chips and salsa. When we bought our first Magic Bullet Blender back in college, it came with a recipe for salsa. When I first tried it, I wasn’t sold. But now, since I am eating salsa more often, I decided to give it a try again and change it a bit to our tastes.
I usually like mild salsa, so I lowered the amount of jalapeno in this. If you like your salsa with more of a kick you can add more jalapeno into it.

Two Minute Salsa Step by Step
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 jalapeno pepper
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 1/2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp cilantro

Preparation
Place all ingredients in listed order in a tall cup for the Magic Bullet blender.

Add the cross blade to the cup and put it on the base.

Pulse the beater until you get the desired chunkiness of salsa.

Two Minute Salsa Leftovers
Store leftover salsa in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will keep for up to 3-5 days.
