You can make this in 10 minutes and have it ready for a party in no time. As written, the punch makes enough for about 16 servings. The ingredients are easy to get, though, so you can scale this up or down as needed.

Peppermint Punch Step by Step
Ingredients
- 1/2 gallon peppermint ice cream
- 4 cups eggnog
- 1 liter club soda

Preparation
Add the ice cream and eggnog to a punch bowl.

Pour the club soda over the ice cream and gently stir.

Serve immediately and garnish with peppermint candies if desired.

Peppermint Punch Leftovers
Leftovers of the punch won’t save well since the ice cream will be melted. You should try to only make as much as you need at the time.
