A cheese ball wrapped in pecans is a perfect appetizer or snack any time of the year. Mix a few things together, shape, cool, and serve!
At first, I wasn’t sure about this nutty cheese ball, but it was absolutely delicious! I got the recipe from a friend, but I hadn’t actually tried it before we made it. And we’ve made it a few times since then.
Typically, as much as I LOVE cheese, I don’t care for Swiss cheese much. I also don’t like nuts on most things. But man, it really comes together for a great nutty flavor!
I made this easy cheese ball recipe last week and we took it to my in-laws while we were hanging out at the pool and it was gone. None left. Such a perfect light and cold snack for a warm pool day.
It would be the best appetizer to make for a potluck. Or it would work well as a holiday appetizer since it’s a real crowd pleaser. We served this cheeseball recipe with some round Sociables brand crackers. Although I also ate it with some Wheat Thins when those ran out and they were just as good with it.

Nutty Cheese Ball Leftovers
Storage: For the best results, store any leftover nutty cheese ball in an airtight container in the refrigerator. The pecans will start to soften a bit, but we were able to snack on this for a couple of days after it was made.
