My Kitchen

You can see, I don’t like to keep much on my counters. To me, it adds to feeling unorganized. We keep the coffee machine out because it is used daily. The oil, salt, and pepper shakers stay behind the stovetop. I have never actually used the teapot, it’s just there for decoration. My stand mixer is way too heavy to get out and put away with how often I use it, and I constantly am referring to the cookbooks, so those stay out as well. And that’s it. Everything else is in a cabinet or a drawer.

Catching up is super important. You don’t want the little things to be prolonged, you have to have a day to see if you can squash them before they become out of control.
