Nothing could be easier than using the slow cooker for a delicious meal. I’ve made a few Hawaiian-inspired recipes before, and this was just as tasty as the others. Using pineapple and red bell peppers together give any meal that sweet and tangy flavor.

We bought a bunch of Lit’l Smokies for our scout campout, and the boys really enjoyed them. So when we had some extras, we decided to cook them in the slow cooker. I also had some extra Caribean Jerk marinade in the refrigerator to use. It has similar flavors so went well.

I’ve always liked slow cooker meals for their ease. Especially ones like this that you only have to dump it all in and let it cook.
