If you want a cracker dip that will have everyone back for more, look no further than Cookies and Cream Dip. It’s easy to make and delicious!
Jump to RecipeOh my goodness, y’all! This stuff is amazing and addicting and delicious! I’ve seen recipes for “edible cookie dough” and decided to take that a step further. There’s no egg in these, so it’s safe to eat as-is.
All of us have a major sweet tooth, and I don’t think this even lasted a day in my house. It’s so hard not to go back for more. The dip is very creamy and goes well with a stiff cracker such as graham crackers.
Trust me, if you have a potluck or party coming up, this will be the most-requested recipe!

Cookies and Cream Dip Step by Step
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 tbsp salted butter, softened
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 box graham crackers (for dipping)

Preparation
Cream the cream cheese, butter, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.

Slowly add the powdered sugar, ¼ cup at a time, until thoroughly combined. Add the brown sugar and mix well.

Use a rubber spatula to carefully fold the chocolate chips into the dip.

Serve cold with graham crackers.

Cookies and Cream Dip Leftovers
If you actually have leftover Cookies and Cream Dip, then my hat’s off to you! You have more self-control than my family. Cover the dip and place in the refrigerator. The dip will keep for up to 3-4 days. Serve cold with crackers.
