In the Lynch Kitchen, we try to eat healthily, but don’t starve ourselves. We try to eat good-for-you foods, but don’t neglect dessert either. We try to keep everything in balance and cook as much from scratch as possible. I love to cook, and I love to bake. Being in the kitchen is like a sanctuary for me. I enjoy being able to provide meals for my family. I have been known (on multiple occasions) to be in the kitchen at 10pm just starting to bake some chocolate chip cookies. If I get bored, I like to cook or bake.
