BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 cup zesty Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, add the bbq sauce, Worcestershire sauce, zesty Italian dressing, and brown sugar then stir to form a sauce

  2. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and cover with the sauce

  3. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or high for 4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through

  4. About 30 minutes before serving, remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred the meat

  5. Put the shredded chicken back in the slow cooker and stir to coat with the sauce

  6. Cover and cook for another 30 minutes to let the sauce soak into the chicken

  7. Use a slotted spoon to scoop the chicken onto the hamburger buns and top with a slice of cheese

  8. Serve warm
