BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 cup zesty Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  • In a slow cooker, add the bbq sauce, Worcestershire sauce, zesty Italian dressing, and brown sugar then stir to form a sauce
  • Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and cover with the sauce
  • Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or high for 4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through
  • About 30 minutes before serving, remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred the meat
  • Put the shredded chicken back in the slow cooker and stir to coat with the sauce
  • Cover and cook for another 30 minutes to let the sauce soak into the chicken
  • Use a slotted spoon to scoop the chicken onto the hamburger buns and top with a slice of cheese
  • Serve warm
